Independence Day Official Uniform Parades

On September 21, 1981, Belize, the only British colony in Central America, gained its independence. Each year on this date, Belizeans gather throughout the country and worldwide to celebrate their nation’s independence, history, culture, people, and beauty.

Scouts from various Scout Groups across the country proudly displayed their colors during the official uniform parades celebrating the occasion.

This year, Belizeans celebrated the 44th Independence Day in 2025 with the theme “Stronger Together, Rising Forever.”

Hello Hilberto,

I hope this message finds you and your family well. All is fine with my family and me.
What a pleasure to receive the latest BSF Newsletter, thank you for sharing it. I am truly grateful that you have kept me connected after all these years. Working alongside you in Belize remains one of the great highlights of my life’s journey, even four decades on.
The newsletter is informative, engaging, and beautifully structured. It offers a clear window into the dynamic activities of the Scout Association of Belize. It is uplifting to see the organization continuing to grow and thrive. I do not doubt that without your unwavering dedication, thoughtful guidance, and tireless promotion, it would not be the vibrant force it is today.
Wishing you, your family, and the association continued success and strength.

Warmest regards,

Willie
