6th Corozal Methodist Scouts hold a campfire

Scouts from the 6th Corozal Methodist Scout Group held a campfire on Saturday, November 25, 2023

Campfires are an open-air activity popular within Scouting, and Scout Groups use them regularly as a focal point for social activities.

Scouts sit around the campfire and tell stories, sing along, shout out chants, and play-act skits as part of the entertainment program.

Campfires end with the roasting of marshmallows and sausages over the fire ambers.

It’s a fun event enjoyed by non-scouts as well

In receiving the photo, Mr. Omar Habet from Habet & Habet Ltd. said they were happy to have contributed towards the completion of the building.

Dr. Villanueva said that the construction of the building was a success because of businesses like the Habet family that made it possible, and he looks forward to more support for upcoming projects.
