An awesome experience for Cub Scouts Combining educational fun with service is an excellent way to create responsible citizens

Today our Cub Scouts got to visit the Green Iguana Conservation Project at the San Ignacio Hotel where they learned all about iguana conservation. Our cubbies also got to interact and get up close with the green iguana’s which are an endangered species in Belize. Afterwards they then headed down to the Macal River where they had a mini clean up picking up the trash all along the river bank.

It all ended well for the Belize Contingent

The delegation leader Queen’s Scout Aidian Flowers and her contingent of Scouts prepared well for the 25th World Scout Jamboree.  The challenges were there but they excelled. BRAVO

Troop 27 Santa Elena Jaguar Scouts

The 25th WSJ is now officially declared closed. At the closing ceremony held in the capital Seoul the Belize Contingent were able to experience Korean Culture at its best through its K-Pop Concert. The concert which had an amazing line up of Korean artists & was the most anticipated event of the Jamboree. Our Scouts now start to make their final preparations as they make their way back home to the jewel. The Scouts continue to “Draw their Dream” & now look forward to the 26th World Scout Jamboree 2027 in Gdańsk, Poland. Where they will “Bravely” represent our country once more.
