Directors Meeting 4/2023 November 11, 2023
Directors of the Foundation met on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at the residence of the Chairman, Dr. Rene R. Villanueva, for their 4th meeting in 2023.
The highlight of the meeting was the welcome of Ms. Claudia Groutsche as a Director, who has a track record in Scouting and served as a field executive with the Scout Association for three years and was involved in fundraising activities, membership expansion, special projects, and an active trainer of leaders, she was assigned to the finance sub-committee headed by chairman Roberto Harrison.
The other important point of the agenda was the review of the operations budget 2024 presented by the chairman of the finance sub-committee, Roberto Harrison. After the presentation, questions and answers followed with the approval of the budget. The finance and investment sub-committee will finalize the specific projects the Foundation will finance in the next few weeks for presentation at the Foundations meeting scheduled for December 16, 2023.
After the meeting, Dr. Villanueva thanked those present for attending.
