On January 16, 2021, at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Belize Scout Foundation (BSF), it was agreed that Sir Colville and Lady Young at the time of their demise be buried on the Scout property where the Sir Colville N. Young building is located. This was a request made by Sir Colville to the BSF and the Scout Association.
Work on the memorial commenced on June 29, 2021, and as work is ongoing, we are pleased to share some photos of work in progress.
The BSF supervises the memorial construction, which is expected to be completed by the end of July 2021.
