Fence – Sir Colville N. Young Building completed
The Fence for the Sir Colville N. Young Building is now completed and will soon be painted.
With the fence completed, it offers a better sense of security but does not guarantee break-ins. Once the building is gifted to the Scout Association, they will need to access what additional security measures will be needed to have a secure and safe building.
The fence will be painted shortly.
