Sir Colville’s 90th Birthday
Sir Colville N. Young celebrated his 90th birthday on November 20, 2002.
A special mass commemorating his birthday was held at All Saints Church in Belize City. Scouts from the Belize City Groups attended the service along with some Scout Leaders. Chairman of the Belize Scout Foundation, Dr. Rene Villanueva, and Executive Director, Hilberto B. Riverol also participated in the exceptional service for Sir Colville.
Sir Colville served as Patron of The Scout Association from 1993 until 2021 when he stepped down as Governor-General of Belize.
Sir Colville currently serves as the Patron of the Belize Scout Foundation
